Aims and objectives
The primary aim of this seminar is to increase the awareness which the attendants have of information technology (IT) and the role it can play in increasing business effectiveness and enabling organizational transformation.
In particular, the evolution of distribution channels will be examined, in order to understand the meaning of "virtual banking" and the impact on professional roles and working conditions.
