H Ευρωπαϊκή Συνδικαλιστική Ακαδημία και το Συμβούλιο Ευρωπαϊκών Στελεχών διοργάνωσαν στην Akersberga-Σουηδία, με την χρηματοδότηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, σεμινάριο με θέμα: "Employment for professional and managerial staff"

Το σεμινάριο που παρακολούθησε ο σδ. Α. Λάκκας πρόεδρος του ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ ως μέλος της εκτελεστικής επιτροπής των Eurocadres, είχε σαν στόχο την ανάπτυξη μιας κοινής Ευρωπαϊκής συνδικαλιστικής πολιτικής, για την απασχόληση (ποιοτική και ποσοτική) των στελεχών στις χώρες της Ε.Ε.
