Πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Παρίσι με την συμμετοχή του προέδρου του ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ σδ. Αριστοτέλη Λάκκα, την 1 Ιουνίου 2003, σεμινάριο με τίτλο: "Online Networking and Training for Mobility Advisors " στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος MobilNet που συντονίζεται από τους Eurocadres.
