Αριστοτέλη Λάκκα, Προέδρου του ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ, από 24/2/2001 έως 27/2/2001 η τρίτη ημερίδα διάδοσης των αποτελεσμάτων του προγράμματος LEONARDO DA VINCI / PREMEQ II, ανάδοχος και συντονιστής του οποίου είναι το ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ.
