Πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Παρίσι, σε συνεργασία με την FO/Banques, με την συμμετοχή του σδ. Αριστοτέλη Λάκκα, Προέδρου του ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ από 22/2/2001 έως 24/2/2001 η δεύτερη ημερίδα διάδοσης των αποτελεσμάτων του προγράμματος LEONARDO DA VINCI / PREMEQ II, ανάδοχος και συντονιστής του οποίου είναι το ΙΝΕ/ΟΤΟΕ.
